Oh lovers and followers of Khwaja Baba, let us go to that holy door, from where Hazrat Khwaja Qutubuddin was bestowed upon the honor of the whole universe. Whence Sultan Altumash was showered the kingdom of India from his very childhood. Come where forgotten and forsaken get the protection, where disheartened and disappointed get, comfort and consolation, whence no needy goes unheard, who showers and sprinkles mercy upon every one without any distinction of caste, creed and colors.

	My forefather Khwaja Faqruddin Gurdezi was the first worthy disciple of Khwaja Usman-e-Harooni. Both Gharib Nawaz and Khwaja Faqruddin are brother in Tariqat. Khwaja Usman-e-Harooni asked his worthy obedient and most faithful disciple Khwaja Faqruddin Gurdezi to remain associate up to the last breath with Gharib Nawaz and to assist and serve him in every stage. Even after the demise of Gharib Nawaz he served his sepulcher.The first mention of the name of my forefather, references as per: -Tariq-e-Sulf, Akha-e-Rasool and the book ‘Gulshan’, next mention was during Gharib Nawaz’s travel towards Asfahan, third time his name is mentioned in Tariq-e-Farishta (page-40), in Munis-ul-Arwah (page-28). Our ancestors remained the Wakil of the Mughal Dynasty. Mughal Emperor Akbar had remarkable faith in the piety of my ancestor, whose sustenance he granted a Jagir. In the Firman, whereby the grant was made, the Emperor used such dignified words as “Taqwa-Shaar” (of pious conduct) and “Salah-Asar” (of virtuous precedents) for my ancestor. On the death of my ancestor, he wrote a condolence letter - ‘the death of Hazrat Fataullah Chishty token me as the grief of my father’s death.’ I’m proud to say, in my visits to the Dargah Sharif, after paying homage to Khwaja Sahib I walked towards the house of Khwaja Fataullah to get few morsels of food as a divine dine.

My ancestor was designated as “Masharul Alai” (Chief and Keys Holder) of Astana Aliya (Holy Shrine). Endorsed in aforesaid farman (royal order) issued in the year 1029 Hijri / 1620 A.D. by Emperor Jehangir. The book entitled as "THE AJMER REGULATION" H to L of the year 1874 A.D. at page no 3 defines_ my ancestor as CHIEF KEY HOLDER (BARIDAR) and hold an extra ordinary splendid dignity.
Among the Khadims, we are the one of the seven persons who are the heads of their respective families of Khadims as GADDIN NASHIN & SARGANA. Whenever some Presidents or Prime Minister, Ministers or V V I P come to Ziarat at the Holy Shrine, they perform Ziarat along with us.
Now we are elected and registered community of the Hereditary Khadims of the Holy Shrine of Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin Hasan Chishty R.A. Established vide Reg. No. 21 of 1860.
We Khadim-e-khwaja Dargah Sharif, Ajmer is one of the most respected organization because of its proximity to KHWAJA GHARIB NAWAZ'S SHRINE.

THE DARGAH SHARIF OF KHWAJA GHARIB NAWAZ IS INDEED AN ORNAMENT TO THE CITY OF AJMER. IT IS ONE OF THE HOLIEST PLACES OF WORSHIP IN INDIA NOT ONLY FOR THE MUSLIMS BUT ALSO FOR THE PEOPLE OF OTHER FAITHS WHO HOLD THE SAINT IN HIGH ESTEEM AND REVERENCE.
THE DARGAH LIES AT THE FOOT OF THE NORTHERN EXTREMITY OF HILL. ITS MAIN ATTRACTION IS THE MAUSOLEUM CONTAINING THE TOMB OF THE SAINT WHICH IS THE SANCTUM SANCTORUM OF THE DARGAH. THE DARGAH INCLUDED MANY OTHER ATTRACTIVE BUILDINGS, TOMBS, COURTYARDS AND DAALANS SOME OF WHICH ARE EXQUISITE SPECIMENS OF THE MUGHAL ARCHITECTURE AND WERE ERECTED DURING THE MUGHAL PERIOD.
